Where can I get help?

If you need help the first person who you should contact is your key worker.

There are a number of services locally and nationally that can help you learn more about your autism and give you strategies to help you.

Small Steps is a new service in the Nottinghamshire area. Small Steps provide early support and interventions to families of children and young people with ASD.
